Shipping & Delivery

• Haus of Jan currently ships within the Continental United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) via the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days.  Some items may ship sooner than standard processing.

• You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

• We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 via USPS First Class Mail.  Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will ship via USPS.  

• There may be slight delays during peak times such as holidays.  Shipping and processing times will be updated accordingly. 

• NOTE:  We are not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or for lost/undeliverable orders that are sent to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
